Before your project begins, we’ll agree on a clear timeline that works for both of our schedules. To respect your time, my calendar, and my other clients, all prep work must be completed by the due date outlined in your welcome guide and contract.
If the prep work is not completed on time, your project will be moved to the next available slot and a rescheduling fee of $250 will apply, while all other payments will still follow the original payment schedule. Working together is a true collaboration, and the more prepared you are, the smoother and more efficient your brand and website build will be.
