On-call design support for hospitality brands
Align your brand and website with the experience guests actually have — so you can make a strong first impression, support your team, and stay nimble as you grow.
Does this sound familiar?
You run a great hotel, restaurant, bar, or event venue, but your brand and website haven’t kept up. You’re juggling menus, landing pages, promos, and updates in between service — and DIY design is starting to show. You’re ready to hand off the design to someone who can move faster, keep everything on-brand, and free your team to focus on guests.
The Design Intensive Experience
A design intensive is focused, dedicated time — a half day, full day, or full week — where your hospitality brand gets a design partner working on your priorities only.
Together, we can tackle the assets and updates that move the needle: from menu refreshes and landing pages to Squarespace updates and on-brand collateral. You get polished, cohesive visuals that match your guest experience and help your team communicate clearly.

Project Overview
How the Process Works
01.
Submit your application
Share details about your property, concept, and priorities. Then book a discovery call so we can confirm scope and which intensive level fits best.
02.
Make it official
Choose your intensive, sign the proposal and contract, pay your first invoice, and reserve your date. You’ll receive a welcome guide outlining prep work, deliverables, and how to get the most from your time block.
03.
Design & launch
On your intensive date, you’ll be available for quick feedback so decisions don’t stall. You’ll receive a schedule of what’s happening when, along with design previews and revisions. By the end, you’ll have completed deliverables ready to use.

Design Intensives are ideal if you need targeted support on a shorter timeline—without a full brand strategy engagement. They’re perfect for entrepreneurs who want to check important projects off their list quickly, polish what already exists, or prepare for an upcoming launch.
Custom projects, on the other hand, are built for business owners ready for deeper transformation. These engagements focus on brand strategy, positioning, and a fully custom, high-performing website or brand experience designed from the ground up to support long-term growth.

Yes—there are flexible options to make your investment more manageable. You can typically choose between:
A 50/50 split (50% to reserve your date, 50% before we begin), or
A payment plan split into 4 monthly payments, with 50% due to reserve your spot
If you prefer to pay in full, you’ll receive 10% off your total project fee.
