From agency life to hospitality-focused studio
Early in my career, I followed the typical creative path: commuting, clocking in, and designing for other people’s visions. It was stable, but it never felt connected to the kind of work or relationships I wanted to build.
Discovering the online business world opened a new path — one where design could be deeply personal, collaborative, and closely tied to how people actually experience a brand. That freedom is what eventually led me to focus on hospitality: hotels, restaurants, bars, and venues where design isn’t just visual, it’s how guests feel from the first click to the final check.
Paige Madden Design now exists so operators, marketers, and creative leads can have a trusted design partner who understands their world, respects their capacity, and helps bring clarity and cohesion to every touchpoint.
