  2. Submit one design project at a time (think business cards, social media templates, email banners, landing pages, and more).

  3. Receive your design within 48 hours of request.

  • Subscribe to your plan and you will be added to your very own Trello Board within 48 hours of sign-up. Once you accept the the Trello invite, you will be ready to start submitting design requests.

    Instructions on how to use the Trello Board to submit design requests will be found on the board itself.

  • On average, most design requests are completed within 48 business hours. Larger scale requests may take longer.

  • You are able to queue as many design requests as you would like and they will be delivered one by one, approximately every 48 hours.

  • Depending on the design request, projects are designed using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma or Canva.

  • Upon enrollment, you will gain access to your own Trello Board — this will be where you can submit design requests.

  • No worries! We will refine the designs until you are 100% satisfied.

  • The following requests are not supported at this time: 3D modeling, photo editing, video editing, motion graphics/animations.

  • All subscriptions are month-to-month.

    You can cancel or pause your subscription up to 72 hours before the next billing cycle.
